Hyundai is working on bringing in a whole lot of news cars here -- this much is not news. Well, what is news is that two of its upcoming cars in India have been spotted testing and that too together. Yep, the Hyundai Alcazar and Hyundai i20 N Line were photographed together on a test run in the country. In case you forgot, both of these upcoming Hyundai cars in India are scheduled to be launched this year, though the Alcazar SUV will be the first one of the two to become available for retail here. The Hyundai Alcazar 7 seater SUV was initially meant to be launched here last month, but those plans had to be pushed back on account of the second wave of coronavirus infections in the country. Now, about what we see in the pictures -- the 7 seater Alcazar was completely draped in camouflage, whereas the i20 N Line's test mule offers a glimpses of its exterior. From what we can see, the upcoming Hyundai N Line car in India looks similar to the standard i20 hatchback save for a few cosmetic tweaks. This list of changes to the N Line i20 will include sharp looking bumpers on either end, N-Line highlights on the front grille, black side skirts, dual-tone 17-inch alloy wheels, dual-tip exhaust pipe, etc.(Source: TeamBHP)We can't see much of the Hyundai Alcazar in these pictures, but that is not a problem since we have already seen the production model. The upcoming 7 seater SUV in India will be available with a choice between two engine options: A 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol motor and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that also does duty on the Hyundai Creta. The petrol mill belts out 150 bhp and 192 Nm of peak torque, whereas the diesel engine promises a peak power output of 114 bhp and 250 Nm of maximum torque. For transmission, Hyundai India will offer buyers a choice between a six-speed manual gearbox and a six-speed torque-converter automatic transmission.
