From having Zoom weddings to wearing PPE kits at the ceremony, people are following COVID-19 guidelines to stick to their plans.Now, a video of a bride and groom using bamboo sticks to exchange varmalas at their wedding ceremony has gone viral on social media. While some netizens found the use of bamboo sticks to exchange varmalas hilarious, others criticised the couple for not postponing the wedding.One user said, "Khatron ke khiladi - Jaan Jaye toh Jaye - lekin Shaadi ho Jaye." Another wrote, "What's the need of all this, either postpone or do it in simple manner without fanfare."A third user joked, "Shaadi kar ke apne apne ghar gaye hoge dono."
