Rhea Chakraborty Files Police Complaint Against Sushant Singh Rajput's Sister Priyanka Over Bogus Prescription
Entertainer Rhea Chakraborty has documented a police objection against Priyanka Singh, sister of her late sweetheart and entertainer Sushant Singh Rajput, including others for sharing fake clinical solution for the late entertainer. Rhea's attorney Satish Maneshinde affirmed the news on Monday.
"Rhea Chakraborty has documented a police objection before the Mumbai Police against Priyanka Singh, Dr Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others for offenses of phony,
NDPS Act and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020, for having sent a fake clinical solution portraying SSR as an Out Patient Department individual," said legal counselor Maneshinde.
The announcement further read: "When he was in Mumbai on eighth June 2020 recommending plan drugs, which are recorded in Schedule of NDPS Act recorded at things 36 and 37 as Psychotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practice Guidelines 3.7.4 managing Prohibited List, which restricts endorsing of any Narcotic or Psychotropic Substance recorded in the NDPS Act. It is an offense under 18.104.22.168 of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines."
Responding to the equivalent, Varun Singh, SSR's family legal advisor, stated, "Regardless of whether this is a coverup exercise ought to be investigated. This is a tardy guard and it is only an idea in retrospect."
