The adjudicator hearing previous association serve M J Akbar's criticism argument against columnist Priya Ramani has been moved to another court by the Delhi High court.
Extra Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vishal Pahuja, who managed an exceptional MP/MLA court in Rouse Avenue District Court, has now been moved to Karkardooma District Court as Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller.
As of late, the District and Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue, had wouldn't move Akbar's criticism case from the exceptional MP/MLA court.
The case is at the phase of conclusive hearing.
Pahuja's name is among 215 legal officials who were moved and posted with prompt impact by a warning gave by the high court on Wednesday.
More than 90 postings among them relate to recently enlisted officials in the Delhi Judicial Services.
The request by Registrar General Manoj Jain recorded the names of 168 adjudicators who were moved, and another 47 legal officials who have been posted as Metropolitan Magistrates.
The legal officials will be heavily influenced by the Principal District and Sessions Judge of the District to which they have been distributed.
