Body of evidence documented against Tejasvi Surya for entering Osmania University without consent
An argument has been enrolled against Bengaluru South BJP MP Tejasvi Surya for entering Hyderabad's Osmania University without taking earlier consent from college specialists.
The case was enlisted after an objection was recorded by the University Registrar against the BJP MP Surya. "Argument enlisted against BJP MP Tejasvi Surya for entering Hyderabad's Osmania University without taking earlier consent from the college specialists. The University Registrar had grumbled against him," Telangana DGP told news organization ANI.
This advancement comes in front of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) surveys on December 1. Results are booked to be proclaimed on December 4.
Tejasvi Surya who had come to Hyderabad to partake in the gathering's effort for GHMC races had entered the University grounds on Tuesday alongside his allies subsequent to tearing open boundaries at the NCC door.
The BJP MP and different pioneers and laborers going with, notwithstanding, constrained their way into the grounds by eliminating the police blockades. Surya and different pioneers arrived at Arts College, where he tended to the understudies and youth.
"BJYM is intensity of youth of India! No wall, no blockades, no police power can prevent us from making the best decision. The more you attempt to stop us, the more impressive will be our retaliate," Surya tweeted.
Surya, who is in Hyderabad to lobby for BJP for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) races, asserted that he went to the college to offer appreciation to saints of Telangana yet Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao trained police to stop him.
