Entertainer Akshay Kumar has served a criticism notice to a YouTuber from Bihar, looking for ₹ 500 crore in harms for making "bogus and outlandish charges" against him in the Sushant Singh Rajput demise case.
Akshay Kumar, in the legitimate notification sent through law office IC Legal on November 17, said Rashid Siddiquee, in his YouTube channel FF News, has transferred a few abusive, offensive and critical recordings against him.
The Bollywood hotshot has moan an unrestricted expression of remorse from the YouTuber, who has been reserved by the Mumbai police in a different criticism case, and furthermore expulsion of shocking recordings from his channel.
Our customer (Akshay Kumar) states that as a result of your (Rashid Siddiquee's) shocking, slanderous and critical recordings, he has endured mental injury distress and colossal misfortune, including loss of notoriety and generosity, which our customer measures at ₹ 500 crore, the notification said.
The said recordings make a few bogus and unjustifiable charges against our customer (Akshay Kumar) that he helped (entertainer) Rhea Chakraborty flee to Canada, that our customer had mystery gatherings with (Maharashtra serve) Aaditya Thackeray and the Mumbai police Commissioner to talk about the passing instance of Sushant Singh Rajput, etc, the notification said.
These recordings are bogus, outlandish, abusive and have been deliberately distributed to misdirect the general population and is only a modest exposure stunt, the law office said in the notification.
Our customer is rankled and totally insulted at the public shame, uneasiness and tension he needed to confront due to these bogus, shocking and defamatory recordings, the notification said.
The genius has asked Rashid Siddiquee to distribute an unrestricted conciliatory sentiment, bring down all the recordings where references have been made with respect to him and cease from transferring such clasps later on.
